Da Vinci restaurant’s premier matter remains its customers and employees’ health and safety during the pandemic.

In this new reality, we operate with new rules to minimize the risk of spreading the virus. Therefore, we take the following hygiene and protection measures:

• All our staff members regularly clean their hands with soap and water, especially before their arrival and during the breaks. When this is not possible, they disinfect their hands with hydro-alcoholic gels or an alcohol-based solution. They avoid touching objects and surfaces as much as possible. Also, we measure our employees’ temperature before performing the following tasks: setting tables, handling clean dishes, folding towels, polishing cutlery.
• Guests are required to clean their hands with soap and water or sanitizers when entering our restaurant.

• Upon your arrival at our restaurant, and on every table, we supply our customers with self-service hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers.
• In our restaurant, the equipment (tables, chairs, etc.), surfaces and objects of contact are cleaned and disinfected regularly and adequately after use, especially if several people touch them.
• We provide our customers with waste garbage cans for disposing of one-time use tissues and masks. These garbage cans are emptied regularly.
• Our staff’s personal work clothes are changed regularly and washed after each use with a commercial cleaning product.
• We ensure regular and sufficient ventilation in our restaurant and avoid as much as possible activating the air recirculation of the fans.
• Textiles (e.g., tablecloths, table mats) used by guests are washed after each use.

• All of our staff members wear face masks both inside and outside of the restaurant.
• Wearing a mask is not obliged to the restaurant’s visitors when they sit at their table. If they want to go to the table, restroom, or make orders and payments, they must wear a face mask.
• This obligate rule does not apply to children under the age of 12 or to people who cannot wear masks for specific reasons, including medical reasons.

• The groups’ size can’t exceed 4 guests per table in our restaurant, except the parents with their children. In case our guests are a group of more than 4 people, they will sit at different tables to ensure the necessary minimum distance of 1.5 meters between each group.

• Every member of our team respects the distance of 1.5 m from each other, even if they are wearing a face mask. Our staff reduce to a minimum the work for which a distance of less than 1.5 m is unavoidable and take the corresponding protective measures.

• Our staff undergo daily temperature and medical checks. If typical disease symptoms appear, the assigned employee will be sent home and asked to monitor isolation according to FOPH.
